The Snug is a small but beautifully considered apartment set within Old Coombe House in the heart of Tetbury, offering a cosy and comfortable base for exploring the Cotswolds.

Inside, the space has been designed to make the most of its compact footprint. The apartment has a comfortable double bed with hotel-quality linen, a super comfy sofa, Smart TV and a drop-leaf dining table, giving you space to relax, dine and enjoy a slower start to the day.

The studio-style kitchen, dining and lounge area is bright and practical, with a Velux window bringing natural light into the space. The outlook is a mix of neighbouring rooftops, buildings and garden views, but what The Snug offers is a cosy, well-designed apartment in an unbeatable central Tetbury location.

The kitchen is fully equipped for easy short stays, whether you’re making breakfast, preparing something simple or enjoying a quiet night in. You’ll find a Nespresso machine, cafetière, kettle, toaster, microwave and air fryer, along with everything you need for a comfortable visit.

Our signature Must Stay Again coffee station is fully stocked with coffee, a range of teas, indulgent hot chocolate and flavoured syrups, so you can make your perfect drink exactly how you like it. We’ve also included takeaway cups, so you can grab a coffee and head straight out to explore.

The bathroom includes both a bath and shower, giving you the option of a quick freshen-up or a proper soak after a day exploring Tetbury.

The Snug is intentionally compact, so it’s best suited to guests who want a cosy, central base rather than a large apartment. What it offers is charm, comfort, thoughtful design and an excellent location in the heart of Tetbury.

One small well behaved dog allowed as this is a compact apartment.

We have a parking space about 7 minutes walk away for use during your stay should the streets be a little busy on arrival in peak season, you can park and drop luggage first for an easy arrival. (It needs prebooking)

You have all the apartment for your use, there's a communal entrance for our other guests.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.

Pets

One small, well-behaved dog is welcome. Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing a furry friend. A £40 pet fee applies. Please note we cannot accommodate large dogs upstairs.

No smoking

No smoking in the building or near the communal areas.

Quiet hours

Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am, especially in communal areas.

No parties or events

Parties, events, or unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.

Historic building

The apartment is located in a historic building. While we’ve added modern comforts, some period features remain, including sash windows and heavy doors.
